危重症患者口腔霉菌感染的护理

摘　　要：目的:寻找危重症病人口腔感染霉菌最简单、经济、有效的治疗方法。方法:将患者65例随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组(35例)病人常规口腔护理后涂珍珠粉+VitB2,对照组(30例)常规口腔护理,观察两组病人口腔白色伪膜脱落的情况。结果:两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01;P<0.05)。结论:口腔霉菌感染应用珍珠粉+VitB2涂抹,能较好促进溃疡面愈合、伪膜脱落,保护口腔粘膜。Objective: To sea rch a simple,economical and effective way for curing fungi infection of oral cav ity in critical patients.Methods: the 65 cases of patients were randomly divided into experi ment group and control group.The experiment group(3 5 cases) were daubed with VitB2 and pearl powder after routine oral cavity nur ing, the control group(30 cases) were given rountine oral cavity nuring, and obs erved the white pseudowemembrane sheding(in oral cavity of two groups).R esults: the difference between two groups has statistics(P<0.01;P<0.05 )。Conclusion: It is better to promote ulcer cicatrizing,pseudo membrane sheding and to protect mucous membrane of oral cavity by using vitB12 and pearl powder(for fungi infe ction of oral cavity).
