摘　　要：介绍了MCPE2.4型电脑提花毛圈机的成圈机件,阐述了其选针和成圈原理。着重介绍了适合在MCPE2.4上编织的三种典型产品,并探讨了织造、剪绒、后整理工序中的具体工艺参数,得到的产品绒面丰满,手感柔软,弹性、强力及耐磨性等指标都能满足装饰性织物的要求。This article expounds knitting and loop-forming principle of MCPE 2.4 jacquard plush machine by introducing its loop-forming elements. Three kinds of typical products knitted on MCPE 2.4 are emphasized with technological parameters of knitting, shearing and finishing discussed. The knitted fabric has full surface and soft handle, and its elasticity, tenacity and abrasion-proof all meet the request of ornamental velvet fabric.
