甲亢患者^(131)I治疗前后TRAb的变化分析

摘　　要：目的通过测定TRAb浓度来判断甲亢患者131I治疗后病程的发展及预后。方法TRAb采用放射免疫受体分析法检测;对46例正常人和73例明确诊断Graves病患者进行治疗前后TRAb含量的测定。结果正常对照组TRAb含量为2.80±1.36U/L;Graves病患者131I治疗前TRAb含量为84.57±41.65U/L;131I治疗后3个月为51.01±45.32U/L、6个月为21.38±25.26U/L、12个月为19.53±8.16U/L、18个月为3.75±5.29U/L。结论TRAb浓度与Graves病的发病、病程和复发有关;TRAb的测定对Graves病131I治疗判断疗效有重要的参考价值,可作为判断疗效及有无复发的重要指标。Objective To judge the development and prognosis of disease course of hyperthyroidism sufferers after  131 I treatment by mensurating the thickness of TRAb.Method The TRAb adopts radioimmunoassay of receptors to mensumte the comem of TRAb of 46 normal persons and 73 cases of definitely diagnosed Graves sufferers before and after treatment.Result In the normal control group the content of TRAb is 2.80±1.36 U/L;the content of TRAb of Graves sufferers before the  131 I tremment is 84.57±41.65 U/L,which becomes 51.01±45.32 U/L after 3 months of  131 I treatment,21.38±25.26 U/L after 6 months,19.53±8.16 U/L after 12 months and 3.75±5.29 U/L after 18 months.Conclusion The thickness of TRAb relates to the attack,disease course and recrudescence of the disease of Graves. The mensuration of TRAb is important in reference value for the judgment of curative effect of  l31 I treatment of Graves. It can be an important index to judge curative effect and whether recrudescence occurs.
