中药“肠宁”对小白鼠微核、精子畸形及Ames试验的影响

摘　　要：本试验用昆明种小白鼠对中药“肠宁”进行了微核试验、精子畸形试验及Ames试验。结果:小白鼠微核试验、精子畸形试验及Ames试验均呈阴性反应。说明中药“肠宁”对小白鼠及组氨酸缺陷型鼠伤寒沙门氏菌株TA97、TA98、TA100和TA102无致突变作用。Micronucleus test and sperm structural test to the traditional Chinese medicine CN with one kind of small ratof Kunming. Result: micronucleus test 、sperm structural test and Ames test are all present the negative reaction in smallrat. These show thatthe traditional Chinese medicine CN have no mutagenesis to the small rat and TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102.
