摘　　要：通过对图书资料人员子系统因素的分析,就充分发挥其功能提出了具体实施措施,以求发挥图书资料系统人员的主观能动性,提高图书资料系统的整体效能。Through an analysis of subsystem factors of personnel of books and reference materials, put forward the concrete enforcement measure on giving full play to its function, in order to give play to the subjective initiative of the systematic personnel of books and reference materials, raise the whole efficiency of the books and reference materials system.
