摘  要:目的探讨急性颅脑外伤后抗氧化能力的变化及意义。方法采用比色法检测235例正常人和156例脑外伤患者血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、维生素E(VitE)和总抗氧化能力(TOP)的变化。结果伤后TOP和SOD显著增高GSH-PX,GSH,VitE显著降低;伤后24、48、72小时动态观测表明SOD和GSH显著降低。结论颅脑外伤后抗氧化能力下降,自由基氧化产物增多。Objective To study the changes in anti-oxidizing power and implication after acute craniocerbral trauma. Methods The changes in total anti-oxidizing power (TOP), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glu- tathione Peroxidase (GSH-PX), Glutathione (GSH) and Vitmine E in the blood of the trauma (156cases) as well as normal ones (235cases)'by chromatometry. Results TOP and SOD were raised markedly, but GHS-PX, GSH and VitE were reduced compared with controls within 24hr after the in- jure. The all above five indexs were going to lower, specially SOD and GSH compared with 24hr, 48hr, 72hr after the injure. Conclusion It was suggested that enhancing the anti-oxdizing power after cranio- cerebral trauma would be helpful to speedy recovery.
