摘　　要：着重分析了我国高水平竞技运动队当前主要采用的管理模式,提出并分析了在自组织理论指导下的能够适应当今社会发展、基于Z理论的管理模式,试图通过新型的管理模式的提出对我国高水平竞技运动队备战2008年奥运会提供帮助,从而促进我国竞技运动水平的全面提高。This text has analysed the management mode that the high-level sports team in China adopts mainly at present emphatically,and analysed that it can meet the social development,management mode based on Z theory under the guidance of the theory of organizing by oneself to attempt to prepare for 2008 Olympic Games.It offers help to the high-level sports team through the new-type management mode,thus promotes an overall (improrement) of competitive sports in China.
