摘　　要：将步进电动机应用于离子静电加速器PLC控制系统。利用系列PLC的编程软件设计步进电动机控制程序,直接从PLC的输出端子产生步进脉冲、方向信号和脱机信号,实现步进电动机的自动定位和驱动。Stepper motor is used in the PLC control system of ion electrostatic accelerator. By using the programming software,the PLC control programme of stepper motor is designed.The drive pulses,direction signal and off-line signal of stepper motor are produced from PLC digital output terminals by running the PLC control programme of stepper motor.The automatic orientation and drive of stepper motor in PLC control system are realized.
