摘　　要：BPF型自动压滤机是北京矿冶研究总院研制的一种新型精矿脱水设备,该设备的滤板设计为压榨板和过滤板组合而成,滤板结构对称,两侧受力均等。新结构滤板简化了制造工艺,提高了产品成品率,降低了生产成本。BPF型压滤机用于某铜精矿脱水,精矿水分小于10%,处理能力达到200～230kg/m2·h。BPF-Automatic Press Filter is a new equipment for filtration of concentrate. The plate of press filter is designed for composition of filtrate plates and press plates, The plates are symmetrical and stress is equal everywhere. The new plates simply process of manufacture, raise production rate and decrease cost. The cake moisture of very fined copper concentrate is less 10 percent and capacity is 200-230kg/m2.h by BPF-press filter.
