斯氏狸殖吸虫在犬体内多部位寄生与转换宿主的研究

摘　　要：目的:以斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴或童虫感染犬,定期解剖观察虫体。方法:经30、45、60、75、90和120d分别解剖观察虫体在犬体内发育分布。结果:犬在感染囊蚴60d后虫体可逐步发育成熟并产卵,豚鼠体内童虫经口感染犬,60d时亦可在肺部查到虫囊和成虫。结论:斯氏狸殖吸虫在犬体多部位寄生且能发育成熟,童虫经感染犬宿主转换后,亦可进一步发育成熟。Objective: To observe dogs infected with metalercariae and worms juveniles of pagumogonimus skrjabini. Methods: After that worms development, parasitic regions and morphological feature were observed at 30th,45 th,60 th,75 th,90 th and 120 th day respectively. Results: 60 days after infection, worm-cysts wall, with matued or prematured worms and eggs. By means of host-transfer with worms juveniles, them migrated to the lung and matured. Conclusion:It is suggested that P skrjabini could mature in dog and showed a phenomenon of polyorgamotropism.
