摘　　要：目的:观察McCoy 喉镜在气管插管全麻中的作用。方法:120例全麻手术患者随机分为两组,普通喉镜(A),McCoy 喉镜(B)(n=60)。A组:常规监测,全麻诱导后用普通喉镜显露声门,进行气管插管;B组:全麻诱导后,用McCoy喉镜显露声门后行气管插管。分别观察两组喉镜显露程度,记录一次插管成功次数,插管时间,及喉部的损伤,对各项指标进行相关性分析。结果:McCoy 喉镜插管,喉显露情况优于普通喉镜,一次插管成功率高,插管时间短(P<0.05);对喉部的损伤两组无差异性。结论:McCoy 喉镜降低困难插管难度,提高插管成功率, 插管效果优于普通喉镜.Objective:To observe the effect of McCoy laryngoscope applied to general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups:general laryngoscope(A),McCoy laryngoscope(B)(n=60 for each).For group A:after anesthesia induction,unfolded glottis with general laryngoscope,intubated the tracheal tube into the trachea;group B:after anesthesia induction,unfolded glottis with McCoy laryngoscope,intubated the tracheal tube into the trachea.The laryngoscopy grading,first success rate of tracheal intubation,time of tracheal intubation,and the laryngeal scathe were assessed during operations.The relations between them were analyzed. Results:The laryngoscopy grading and the first succeed rate of tracheal intubation in groups B was better than that in groups A,the time of tracheal intubation in group B was shorter than that in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the laryngeal scathe.Conclusion:McCoy laryngoscope can raise succeed rate of tracheal intubation;the anesthetic effects of tracheal intubation with McCoy laryngoscope is better than that with general laryngoscope.
