摘 要:通过对WEL—TEN6 10CF钢母材和焊缝材料在不同H2 S浓度环境中的应力腐蚀敏感性试验和分析,提出了只有H2 S含量小于2 0ppm才能不发生应力腐蚀开裂的论点。浓度升高敏感性增加,小于5 0ppm母材不敏感。未经热处理的焊缝及热影响区裂纹扩展平台速率4倍于热处理的,并对防止应力腐蚀开裂及高强钢订货提供了意见。In this paper the test and analysis on susc ep tibility to stress corrosion of WEL-TEN610CF steel base metal and welding mater ial under the service environment of different H 2S concentration,a conclusion is made t hat SCC will not take place as long as H 2S content is less than 20 ppm.As the c oncentration increases,the susceptibility increases,but the base metal is not su sceptible to the concentratio less than 50 ppm.The crack plateau guowth rate of n ot heat treated welds and HAZ is four times that of heat treated ones.Also,sugge stions are given about prevention of SCC and ordering of hihg strength steel in this paper.
