摘  要:碳纤维布与钢板不等长复合加固钢筋混凝土梁是一种新型的加固方法,通过14根碳纤维布与钢板复合加固钢筋混凝土梁的试验研究,对钢筋混凝土梁在碳纤维布与钢板不等长复合加固后截面刚度的变化规律进行了分析,并与普通混凝土梁以及等长复合加固梁进行比较。试验结果表明,该复合加固方式可较大幅度地提高梁截面刚度,且截面的刚度变化趋势与普通混凝土梁是一致的,同时不等长复合加固梁的刚度在底面钢板屈服以前与等长复合加固梁的刚度相当,只是在钢板屈服以后稍小于等长复合加固梁的刚度。由于不等长复合加固梁类似于变截面变刚度梁,因此利用相当变刚度梁的变形计算公式对其变形进行计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可为工程应用提供参考。Strengthening RC beams with unequal-length carbon fiber reinforced polymer and steel plate is a new rehabilitation method. The experimental researches on the behaviors of 14 reinforced concrete members has been conducted. The law of change in the sectional stiffness of the beams is analyzed, which compares with the common beams' and the beams' combination strengthened with equal-length carbon fiber reinforced polymer and steel plate. The results show that the combination strengthening method can improve the sectional stiffness effectively and that the variety trend of the stiffness of the combination-strengthened beams is same to the common RC beams. Furthermore, only after the steel plate yields, the stiffness of the researched beams is lower to the equal-length combination-strengthened beams. The formula of calculating the displacement of the variable-section beams is used to calculate the displacement of the combination-strengthened beams because the beams are same to the variable-section beams. The calculating value can match the test one well. It can provide a reference for engineering application.
