轨道交通噪声控制结构设计及吸声材料研究

摘　　要：按照轨道交通噪声及声波传播特性设计噪声控制结构,在轨道中央和两侧分别采用T形和变形的倒L形结构能够提高噪声控制效率并减少对观光功能的影响;同时利用吸声尖劈、多孔性材料、空腔共振、薄膜共振等多种吸声结构,分别进行吸声材料的外形、结构、表面防水处理以及制备工艺设计;以膨胀珍珠岩为骨料并对其进行憎水预处理,采用快硬硫铝酸盐水泥为胶凝材料和Dura纤维增强材料,运用无机发泡技术和半干料压缩成型工艺,通过控制颗粒粒径、压缩比以及搅拌、加水等工艺过程,制备出的吸声材料CEMCOM在125,250,500,1000,2000,4000Hz6种频率的吸声系数分别达到0.21,0.66,0.91,0.94,1.06,0.99,满足ASTME761标准要求。Sound control structure, according to characteristics of orbit traffic sound and sound spread, is designed. T frame is used at the middle of orbits and distortion L frame is used at outside of orbit to improve the sound control efficiency and to reduce the infection for sightsee. All of wedge absorber, porous absorber, cavum resonance absorber and film resonance absorber are utilized to design the craftwork on form, structure, surface waterproof and preparation about sound absorption material. Sound absorption material CEMCOM, of which sound absorption coefficients reach 021, 0.66, 0.91, 0.94, 1.06 and 0.99 separately on 6 frequencies of 125, 250, 500, 1 000, 2 000, and 4 000 Hz, which meets ASTM E761, is produced by means of controlling diameter of grain, compress rate, admixture and water-adding. Expand perlite is used as aggregate after water-hate pretreatment, Sulfoaluminte cement is used as cement, Dura fiber is used to increase the intensity, techniques of abio-sparkle is utilized and half-dry material compress molding are exercised when producing CEMCOM.
