摘  要:应用乙二醛树脂于竹纤维织物的抗皱整理,讨论了整理剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对抗皱整理效果的影响;通过测试在不同整理条件下织物的折皱回复角、白度、断裂强力等性能,获得了整理优化条件,即免烫树脂93133160g/L,柔软剂310020g/L,渗透剂JFC1g/L,140℃下焙烘4min,整理后的干湿弹性回复角分别达250.7°和294.7°。通过X射线衍射和红外光谱对整理后织物进行的结构和性能测试表明,整理剂在纤维无定形区与大分子链之间发生了交联反应,纤维的晶区结构基本没有发生改变。The mechanism of the anti-crease finishing of bamboo fabric by using twain aldehyde compounds was introduced. The influence of twain aldehyde compounds dosage, curing temperature and time on anti-crease effect of bamboo fabric was also discussed. The optimized finishing process was selected through testing the dry and wet crease recovery angles, the whiteness and strength of bamboo fabric finished under different conditions. The optimum condition is no-ironing resin 931-33 160 g/L, softening agent 3100 20 g/L, penetrating agent JFC 1 g/L, curing at 140℃ for 4 min. After finishing ,some tests (X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum) on the structure and properties of treated fabrics were carried out . The results show that the crosslinking reactions occurred between finishing agent and molecule chains of the uncrystallized region of fibers, which improves heat stability of fibers with little change in the structure of crystallized area of fibers.
