摘  要:目的:探讨联麦氧钒对自发性高血压大鼠降压的同时对心肌结构的影响。方法:自发性高血压大鼠36只,随机分为联麦氧钒组、心痛定阳性对照组及空白对照组。8周后对大鼠心肌进行光镜和电镜检测。结果:联麦氧钒组大鼠心肌形态学发生变化,光镜下显示心肌纤维排列整齐,细胞核位于肌纤维中央,肌束间隙呈轻微增大,间质内未见胶原纤维沉着;电镜下显示心肌肌原纤维及各A带排列规整,未见明显肌丝溶解,线粒体无明显肿胀,线粒体膜完好,嵴无溶解,未见肌浆网明显扩张。结论:联麦氧钒在降压的同时具有较好的心脏保护作用。Objective To explore the effects of Bismaltolatooxovanadium(BMOV) on myocardial structures in spontenously hypertensive rats while BMOV reducing the blood pressure of rats. Methods Thirsty-six spontenously hypertensive rats were randomly divided into three groups:BMOV group, nifedipine group and blank control group.They were killed after the eight weeks, their myocardial structures were observed by light microscope and electronic microscope. Results The myocardium of spontenously hypertensive rats treated with BMOV showed the follwing features: ①there was hardly collagen accumulation inside myofibrilla; ②the myofibrilla appeared normally without loss and disarrangement; ③mitochondria as well as sarcomeres showed almost normal ultrastructure. Conclusion BMOV has the protective effects on myocardium while it reduces the blood pressure in spontenously hypertensive rats.
