摘  要:目的探讨运用新西兰兔作为动物模型进行人工真皮支架动物体内评价的可行性。方法建立兔耳背皮下埋植模型,将人工真皮支架埋植于兔耳背皮下,术前及术后1个月内定期监测实验兔一般情况及生化指标,术后第2、7、14和28d取材作组织学观察。结果术前及术后1个月内各时相点一般情况及各项生化指标无明显变化,组织学观察结果证实人工真皮支架具有良好的组织相容性和快速血管化能力。结论兔耳背皮下埋植模型可以简便地对人工真皮支架进行体内评价。Objective To investigate the histocompatibility of rabbit model for artificial dermal scaffold in vivo. Methods Artificial dermal scaffolds were embedded subcutaneously on the dorsal surface of ears in New Zealand rabbits. The general responses and serum biochemical changes of the rabbits were periodically studied. The histocompatibility of the scaffolds was observed by histological analysis at 2, 7, 14 and 28 d after operation. Results All rabbits survived with good general condition and the serum biochemical indexes had no significant changes during the study. Histological study showed that the artificial dermal scaffolds possessed good histocompatibility and the ability of enhanced angiogenesis. Conclusion New Zealand rabbit can be well used for in vivo study of artificial dermal scaffold.
