精泰来颗粒对大鼠血凝及血液流变学的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　通过血凝及血液流变的实验研究探讨精泰来颗粒的活血化淤作用。方法　选取SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、精泰来颗粒组(3个剂量)灌胃给药7d。通过检测PT、APTT、FIB及血液各流变学参数观察精泰来颗粒对大鼠血凝及血流变学的影响。结果　精泰来组能显著延长PT、APTT、FIB时间,明显降低全血粘度、血浆粘度值。结论　精泰来能够抗血凝和改变血液流变性、具有活血化淤作用。Objective To study the good effect of Jintailai grain on blood coagulate and blood rheology.Method We selected male big rats and divided them into three groups,the normal comparison group,the model group,the Jintailai group and being filled stomach seven days.We took the blood of big rats and examined PT,APTT and all parameters of blood rheology.Through these parameters,we observed the effect of Jintailai grain on blood coagulation and limit of blood and plasma.Conclusion Jintailai grain can extend blood coagulation and change blood rheology.It has good effect on blood coagulation and blood rheology.
