摘　　要：以倒轴机为例,介绍了采用通用变频器来实现线缆收放卷恒张力控制的方法。By taking beaming machine as an example, this paper describes the methods that realize the constant tension control of pay-off and take-up reel of wire and cable by using general inverter.
