摘 要:在用于熔盐电脱氧制备金属铌的Nb2O5固体阴极中添加石墨粉和CaCO3粉,研究了经烧结后阴极的成分及形貌, 考查了添加剂对电脱氧反应的影响.研究结果表明:在Nb2O5固体阴极中添加适量的石墨粉或CaCO3粉可以增加烧结后阴极片的氧空位、影响Nb2O5颗粒尺寸的大小,从而提高阴极的电化学反应活性,加快电解反应的进行.An activity improvement of Nb(2)O(5) cathode used in preparing Nb with electrodeoxidation in a eutectic CaCl(2)-NaCl melt was realized by adding graphite powders and calcium carbonate into Nb(2)O(5) powders, which were compacted into pellets and sintered, and then conducted as a cathode. The current-time experiments show that the additions of graphite powders and calcium carbonate powders obviously increase the velocity of the direct electrochemical reduction of solid Nb(2)O(5) to metallic Nb. The reason is that the additions increase the oxygen vacancies in Nb(2)O(5) crystal and surface area of the sintered Nb(2)O(5) particles.
