摘　　要：目的:探讨肝包虫病手术治疗的各种方式及其适应征和疗效。方法:总结我院2002年到2004年外科治疗的肝包虫病人37例,对其临床症状、影象学表现和手术方式进行分类,加以比较。结果:肝包虫病人的治疗以外科手术治疗为主,辅以术前后抗包虫病的药物治疗。手术方式有单纯内囊摘除术、肝切除术和肝移植术等。Objective:To investigate the various surgical treatment manners of liver echinococcosis and their adaptations.Methods:Thirty-seven cases of liver echinococcosis treated with surgical operations from year 2002 to 2004 in our hospital were summarized and their clinical symptoms,imaging manifestations and surgical treatment manners were categorized and compared.Results:Surgical treatment was the main method to treat liver echinococcosis associated with anti-echinococcosis medical therapy.The surgical manners included stripping off the inner capsule,hepatectomy or liver transplantation.
