关于完善我国宪法监督制度的思考

摘　　要：宪法监督是现代国家监督体系中最具根本性的一种监督制度。我国现行的宪法监督制度有其自身特点,也存在一定的局限性。因此要加强宪法监督检查,完善宪法监督机构,以维护宪法的权威。The constitutional supervision is the most fundamental inspection system in the modern national supervision systems. Though the constitutional supervision system in our country possesses some specialties, it has its limitation to some extend.So the inspection of the constitutional supervision should be enhanced and institution of the constitutional supervision should be perfected so as to maintain the authority of constitution.
