萘哌地尔衍生物B11对大鼠血压及心率的影响

摘  要:目的观察萘哌地尔衍生物B11对大鼠血压及心率的影响,对其降压效果进行探讨。方法采用SD大鼠通过静脉和十二指肠给药方法观察给药后大鼠血压的变化。结果①静脉给药B110.02mg·kg-1组10min时SAP下降(P<0.05),DAP在给药5min后开始下降(P<0.05);0.04mg·kg-1组在给药5min后开始下降SAP最大降低幅度为18.8%,DAP最大降低幅度为21.4%。②十二指肠给药60min时0.02mg·kg-1SAP最大降低幅度为23.3%,DAP最大降低幅度为26.0%,0.04mg·kg-1SAP最大降低幅度为29.0%,DAP最大降低幅度为29.1%。③心率下降趋势明显。结论萘哌地尔衍生物B110.02mg·kg-1、0.04mg·kg-1静脉注射以及十二指肠给药均可使大鼠血压下降。Objective To observe the effect of naftopidil ramification B11 on the blood pressure of rats.Methods The blood pressure of rats were measured and B11 was given by duodenum administration.Results the blood pressure of rats were decreased distinctively administrated by B11 intravenous injection and duodenum at dose of 0.02mg·kg -1 、0.04mg·kg -1 .The trendency of descent of heart rate in rats was obvious simultaneously.Conclusions the blood pressure of rats could be decreased by B11.
