摘 要:目的:根据临床常用的治疗方案,用JR1152F型热释光剂量计(TLD)和仿真人体盆腔模型研究宫颈癌腔内后装治疗剂量分布,并了解临床后装放射治疗体内剂量测量点各参数对直肠并发症的影响。方法:选定TLD元件测量剂量线性响应范围和重复性、体模的关键器官的剂量分布以及近源区剂量分布,并对TLD元件及热释光剂量仪进行剂量刻度。结果:TLD元件剂量线性范围0~300cGy,重复性好;体模和近源区参考点实测剂量与TPS计算值符合较好。结论:本工作采用的实验测量方法简便,严密,可靠性高。各项指标均达到预期目标。Objective: To study the feasibility on dosage distribution for cervical cancer treated by after-loading radiation by using thermo luminescent dosimeter(TLD) and simulation pelvic phantom, and know the influence of all parameters that is tested in body treated by after-loading radiation on the pelvic complication according to the clinical commonly used treatment plan. Methods: we chose the TLD component to measure the dosage linear response range and repeatability character, the dosage distribution for pivotal organ on the phantom and close area on the source, at the same time we did dosage scale for TLD and thermo magnetic analysis machine. Results: The dosage linear range of TLD is 0~300 cGy, it is well repeated; The dose we did in the experiments on the phantom and close area of the source is well accord with values that calculated in the TPS. Conclusion: The method used in the study is simple, narrow, and good reliability. All kinds of indexes can attain the anticipative goal.
