摘 要:目的探讨晕康胶囊对脑缺血氧化损伤的保护作用。方法采用大鼠断头缺血模型,测定各组大鼠脑组织、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。结果晕康胶囊高剂量组脑组织SOD活力明显高于空白对照组,MDA含量明显低于空白对照组(P<0.05);晕康胶囊高、中剂量组血清SOD活力显著高于空白对照组,MDA含量显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05)。而晕康胶囊各剂量组脑组织、血清SOD活力和MDA含量与眩晕停阳性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论晕康胶囊具有减轻脑缺血自由基氧化损伤的作用。Objective:To explore the protective effect of Yun Kang Capsule(YKC) on oxidation damage following cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods:Rat's cerebral ischemia model was duplicated by cutting head,brain and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured.Results:Compared with control group,brain SOD activity and MDA content in YKC high dosage group were significantly higher and lower (P<0.05).Compared with control group,serum SOD activity and serum MDA content in YKC high,moderate dosage groups was significantly higher and lower (P<0.05).There was no significant differences between YKC groups of high,moderate and low dosage and Diphenidol group in brain and serum SOD activity and MDA content (P>0.05).Conclusion:YKC can reduce oxidation damage of free radicals following cerebral ischemia in rats.
