摘　　要：以我国16个小城镇为对象进行了经济、人类和体育发展的实证研究。结果认为体育现代化有赖于经济的高度发展,但也推进工业现代化进程。小城镇学校体育拉动了内需、促进经济发展。经济发展使小城镇居民生活水平不断改善和提高,居民对生活质量的重视和拥有健康身心的追求刺激了体育消费,帮助形成了体育市场,促进了体育社会化和产业化。A positive study was made on the development of economy, mankind and sports in 16small towns in China. The result shows that the modernization of sports relies on the highly developedeconomy. Yet at the same time, it also accelerates the progress of industry. On the one hand, sportsin small towns promotes consumption and the development of economy, which helps improve the livingstandard of the town citizens continuously. On the other hand, the emphasis on the life quality and thepursuit of fitness will trigger sports consumption, help form a sport market and improve the sportsocialization and industrialization.
