摘　　要：在收集分析和整理大量有关战略联盟文献的基础上,结合近十几年来竞技体育中科技攻关与服务取得的成效,将竞技体育中的科技攻关与服务模式作为竞技体育战略联盟的一种现存模式,借助战略联盟理论为这种联盟的持续发展提供理论基础及成功战略联盟的重要构成要素,同时也对竞技体育战略联盟模型的涵义、理论基础、形成动因进行了论述。Based on collecting and analyzing numerous literatures about strategic alliance andcombining with the achievements of sports scientific & technological projects and services in the past10 years, the authors take the model of sports scientific & technological projects and services as oneof the current models in sports strategic alliance and try to provide theoretic basis and importantelements to this sustainable development alliance by using the strategic alliance theory. The paper alsodiscusses the connotation, theoretic basis and the cause of formation of the sports strategic alliance.
