甘蔗耐低温水渍初探

摘  要:试验以南宁12月低温水渍条件下的出苗率,分析了76份甘蔗种质的耐低温水渍能力,结果发现不同参试种质间的耐低温水渍能力存在较大差异,近三分之一的参试种质具有较强的耐低温水渍能力。在不同来源的参试种质中,以CP系列、粤糖系列和巴西的参试种质较强,而崖城系列和台糖系列参试种质相对较弱。进一步分析参试种质的亲本发现来自Co系列和CP系列后代的参试种质耐低温水渍能力较强,崖城系列则相对较弱。在大面积生产上应用过的甘蔗品种或优良甘蔗亲本都具有较强的耐低温水渍能力。There were significantly different between the germination rates among seventy-six sugarcane germplasms for low temperature and waterlogging tolerance under the waterlogging and the low temperature in Nanning area on December in 2003, only one third germplasm was tolerant to low temperature and waterlogging. The experimental materials from Canal Point, Yuetang and Brazil were more tolerant to low temperature and waterlogging, whereas, the materials from Yachen and Taiwan were relatively less tolerant to low temperature and waterlogging. Further analysis on germplasm's parents indicated that the progenies from Co and CP materials were more tolerant to low temperature and waterlogging than that from Yachen. Recently, the commercial varieties and important parents of the sugarcanes are highly resistant to low temperature and waterlogging.
