近年大学生结核感染与免疫状况分析

摘　　要：本文报道对本院近3年来大学生普遍进行PPD皮试，结果表明PPD阴性率为56．0％，其中女生阳性率为75．64％，男生为47.55％．1276名大学生人学后发生结核病为10人，患病率为783．699／10万，大大高于全国、全省的患病率．对抽样人群进行结核杆菌PPD抗体检测，结果有2例阳性，表明经治疗后仍有未治愈者，如此高的结核患病率，应引起高度重视。This investigation included all the results of the PPD on the students in our college in three years recently. The results manifested that the positive incidences of the PPD were 56.0% (male: 47.55 %; female: 75.64 %). Ten students have suffered from the tuberculosis in 1276 students after they getting the college and the morbidity rate was 0.78% that was much higher than that in guizhou province and even than tbat in our country. Moreover, we detected the antibody of PPD on the students with sampling survey method and the result got two cases of positive reaction. There are indications that there are still some noncure students after therapy. Because of the high mothidity rate of tubercuiosis in our college students, we should take the fact seriously.
