复方健肝液治疗慢性乙型肝炎126例临床总结

摘　　要：用复方健肝液治疗慢性乙型肝炎126例，HBeAg、HBV－DNA、抗HBc-IgM阴转率分别为59．41％、51．46％、93．75％，与对照Ⅰ组（乙肝解毒胶囊组）比，HBV－DNA阴转率较之为优（P＜0．05），与对照Ⅱ组（灭澳灵组）比，HBeAg、HBV－DNA、抗HBc－IgM阴转率均较之为优（P＜0．05），降酶、降絮、恢复血浆蛋白的显效率为65．52％、77．27％、63．64％，临床基本治愈、显效、好转、无效为19．05％、38．10％、26．98％、15．87％。服药过程中除少许病例出现大便次数增加、腹胀外，未见毒副反应。Research section of Integrated Traditional and western medicine In 126 patients of chronic virus Hepatitis B treated with Fufang jiangan Ye (composite liquor for strengthening the liver), the conversion rates of HBeAg. HBV-DNA and anti-HBc-IgM positive into negative were 59.41%. 31. 46 %and 93. 75 % respectively. Compared with that of control group Ⅰ (treatment with 乙肝解毒胶囊), the conversion rate of HBV -DNA was significantly higher (P<0.05 ). Compared with that of control group Ⅱ (treatment with 灭澳灵 ), the conversion rates of HBeAg. HBV -DNA. anti HBc-IgM all were significantly higher (P < 0. 05). Moreover, The effective rates of lowering ALT. TTT. and recovering serum proteins were 65. 52 %- 77. 27%. and 63. 64 % respectiely. The clinical care rate. marted effective rate. effective rate and no-effective rate were 19.05%. 38. 10%. 26. 95 % and 15. 87 % respectively. During the period of medication no toxicity was found except 8 cases with abdominal distension and 4 cases with pulpy stool.
