薄芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎影响的实验研究(英文)

摘　　要：采用Border方法制作家兔膜性肾小球肾炎模型，从肾功能与血生化、病理形态定性与定量相结合对比观察分析中药薄芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎的治疗作用。结果表明：经治疗后，尿蛋白排出量显著减少，血浆白蛋白逐渐升高，免疫荧光强度明显减弱，肾小球平均直径明显减小，上皮下电子致密沉积物绝对数目由1．11×1010减少到2．63×109，肾小球基底膜厚度由321．34±15．68nm变薄为214．54±7．79nm。各指标和参数治疗前后比较绝大部份具有显著差异（P＜0．05），其差异尤以中西药结合治疗组明显。研究表明薄芝注射液对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎有明显治疗作用，且以中西药结合治疗效果更佳。The therapeutic effects of GC on MGN model of rabbits based on Border's method were contrastively observed and analysed by the combination of renal functions, biochemical tests of blood and pathologic morphological qualitation and quantitation. The results indicated that after the treatment, the excreta of proteinuria remarkably reduced and the plastna albumin increased gradully, and the intensity of immunofluorescences was obviously weakened. Meanwhile, the mean diameter of glomeruli became markedly smaller and the absolute number of subepithelial electron dense deposits reduced from 1. 11 × 1010 to 2. 63 × 109, and the thickness of glomerular basement membrane (GBM ) thinned from 321. 24 ±15. 68nm to 214. 54 ±7. 79nm. Compared the indexes and pararneters before and after treatment, most of them were significantly different (p <0. 05), the difference in the group of integrated traditional and western medicine was more obvious. This investigation shows that the therapeutic effects of GC on MGN of rabbits are very evident and the combination of GC and western medicine is much better.
