多层螺旋CT在环枢关节外伤检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在环枢关节外伤检查中的应用价值。方法分析20例环枢关节外伤病例的MSCT资料,观察各种重建方法对病变的显示情况。结果MSCT轴位及MPR、3D重建相结合,可清楚显示环枢关节各部位隐蔽性的外伤性改变。结论MSCT在环枢关节外伤检查中具有重要作用,可做为环枢关节外伤的首选检查方法。Objective To evaluate the application of MSCT in diagnosing the injury of atlantoaxial joint.Methods MSCT data of 20 cases of traumatic atlantoaxial joints were analyzed,the ability of different reconstruction methods in showing the traumatic aspects were evaluated.Results Axial MSCT and in combination with reconstruction methods such as MPR and Direct 3D could distinctly depict atlantoaxial joint in full view.Conclusion MSCT plays an important role and could be the first choice of imaging examination in the detection of injury of atlantoaxial joint.
