复方甘草酸铵综合治疗皮炎湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸铵(康体多)综合治疗皮炎湿疹的临床疗效。方法治疗组18例给予综合治疗及静脉滴注康体多40ml,1次/d,共2周。对照组不用康体多,余同治疗组。结果治疗组有效率(88.9%)显著高于对照组(61.6%)(P<0.05)。结论康体多综合治疗皮炎湿疹具有疗效好,无明显副作用,重复用药有效等优点。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.Methods Give combined treatment and intravenous injection of Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate to 18 patients with general dermatitis and eczema, 40ml once a day,two week.Results The effective rates of therapy group (88.9%) is obviously higher than that of control group (61.6%)(P<0.05).Conclusion This product is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema,and repeated use is effective.
