阿维A对银屑病患者临床疗效及血清中sIL-2、TNF-α变化的观察

摘　　要：目的:了解阿维A治疗银屑病的疗效及对银屑病患者血清中某些细胞因子的影响。方法:服用阿维A后进行PASI评估,检测血清sIL-2、TNF-α,并进行了三者间的相关性分析。结果:阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病总有效率76.67%,治疗前后血清sIL-2、TNF-α有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清sIL-2、TNF-α水平与PASI值呈正相关。结论:阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病有较好疗效,可抑制银屑病血清中sIL-2、TNF-α产生;sIL-2、TNF-α水平与银屑病严重程度相一致。Objective: To assess the effect of etretinate in the treatment of psoriasis and the cytokine changes in the serum of patients with psoriasis. Methods: After the administration of etretinate, the PASI , and serum levels of sIL-2 and TNF-α were evaluated and the correlation with each other was analyzed as well. Results: The total response rate of etretinate for psoriasis vulgaris was 76.67%. There was a significant difference in the serum sIL-2 and TNF-α levels before and after treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01). The serum levels of sIL-2 and TNF-α correlated with PASI positively. Conclusion: Etretinate shows a good effect for psoriasis vulgaris and it may inhibit the production of serum sIL-2 and TNF-α in the patients with psoriasis. There is a positive correlation between the levels of sIL-2 and TNF-α and the severity of psoriasis.
