摘 要:目的:了解都柏林念珠菌在阴道念珠菌病的临床分离率及对常用抗真菌药物的敏感性。方法:通过45℃生长试验,区分都柏林念珠菌和白念珠菌,用微量稀释法测定都柏林念珠菌对氟康唑等6种药物的MIC。结果:都柏林念珠菌在阴道念珠菌病的临床分离率为13.74%,25株都柏林念珠菌的MIC范围:氟康唑0.25~64μg/mL,伊曲康唑0.06~8μg/mL,5-氟胞嘧啶0.25~64μg/mL,酮康唑0.06~8μg/mL,咪康唑0.015~4μg/mL,特比萘芬0.06~8μg/mL。结论:都柏林念珠菌在阴道念珠菌病有较高的临床分离率,多数都柏林念珠菌对常用抗真菌药物敏感,部分都柏林念珠菌可产生剂量依赖敏感或耐药。Objective: To determine the clinical isolating rate and the sensitivity of antifungal drugs commonly used for C. dubliniensis in vaginal candidiasis. Methods: Classification of C. dubliniensis and C. albicans was made by grow test at 45℃ and the MICs of C. dubliniensis to fluconazol, itraconazol, 5-fluorocytosine, ketoconazole, miconazol and terbinafine were detected by micro-dilution method. Results: The isolated rate of C. dubliniensis in vaginal candidiasis was 13.74%, with the range of MICs of 25 C. dubliniensis was as follows: fluconazol 0.25~64 μg/mL, itraconazol 0.06~8 μg/mL, 5-fluorocytosine 0.25~64 μg/mL, ketoconazole 0.06-8 ug/mL, miconazol 0.015~4 μg/mL and terbinafine 0.06~8 μg/mL. Conclusion: The isolated rate of C. dubliniensis in vaginal candidiasis is relatively high. Most C. dubliniensis are sensitive to antifungal drugs used commonly and part of C. dubliiensis can produce dose-dependant sensitivity or resistance.
