摘　　要：为达到颅、脑数值稳定、脑结构立体定位准确目的,广西恒河猴选种培育有三原则:动物来源于同一种群,同一地域;颅数值G-OP/APO OP为2 . 5±0 . 1mm ,APO- OP为32 +±1 0mm范围;后宫式饲养繁殖与相应学科研究密切结合。To reach the aim of the data of skull and brain to be invariable and of the accuracy of the stereotaxic localization of the brain, there are three principles for selection and breeding of experimental Macaca multta system: The animals should come from the same race and the same district; Skull morphology should be in the ranges of G-OP/APO-OP=2.5±0.1 mm as well as APO-OP=32±1.0 mm; Harem system breeding should be combined with related scientific study.
