摘 要:本文利用双列杂交设计对玉米籽粒的蛋白质、赖氨酸和油分含量的遗传成分即加性方差和显性方差进行了比较研究.结果表明,蛋白质、赖氨酸和油分含量的基因型差异均显著,表明在这些自交系和杂交组合中进行高蛋白、高赖氨酸和高油分含量的选择是有效的.赖氨酸和油分含量的加性方差比显性方差重要得多,而蛋白质的显性方差起重要作用.3个性状的成分含量与成分含量的GCA效应相关系数、决定系数和b值表明油分含量的加性方差最高,赖氨酸含量次之,蛋白质含量的加性方差最低.文章对选择增益与加性方差成分的高低的关系进行了讨论.The genetic components,i. e. . additive and dominant variances.for contents of protein,lysine and oil in corn kernel were studied through a diallel cross of 11 inbred lines. The results show that genotyp-ic differences for contents of protein,lysine and oil were significant,indicating the presence of genltical variances for protein, lysine and oil and the effectiveness of selection among these lines and hybrids. The additive variance for contents of lysine and oil are more important than the dominant ones. But the dominant variance for protein content is very important compared with the additive one. The coefficients of determination,correlation and regression for contents of protein,lysine and oil with their GCA effects show that the additive variances for oil,lysine and protein rank the first,second and third,respectively. The relationship between additive variances and selection gains was also discussed.
