摘 要:对4个大豆品种及其杂种F_2代在无盐及盐胁迫条件下萌发的胚根超氧物歧化酶(SOD)进行分析.其结果,无盐胁迫时大豆SOD有7条酶带,随萌发天数的增加酶活性降低,酶带从c_3开始消失,以后c_2和c_1带消失;在盐胁迫条件下,诱发产生6条新的酶带,即d组的d_1、d_2和d_3带,e组的e_1、e_2和e_3带,产生出多种酶谱.相对于产生正常的7条酶带而言,将盐胁迫诱发产生的新的酶谱类型称为“诱发型”.The superoxide dismutase(SOD)isozyme of the embryo root of four soybean cultivars and their F2 seeds under normal and salt-stress germination were analyzed. The results indicated that when under normal condition there were seven SOD isozyme bands in all soybean genotypes' used under absent Salt-stress Condifions. The SOD activity decreased with the increment of days after germination. Meanwhile, some of the bands disappeared gradually, starting from c, until c2 and C1 band. Six new bands (d1, d2,d3,e2, e2 and e3)and some new zymograms appeared under salt-stress. They were called 'induced' type whereas the zymogram with seven bands 'normal' type.
