摘 要:选用9个待测广亲和系,并以4个标准测验品种和7个光(温)敏核不育系为亲和性测验种,按NCⅡ交配设计配制99个组合.根据亲本的籼粳分类地位和F_1杂种结实率对待测广亲和系的广亲和性进行了鉴定与研究.标准测验品种检验表明,培矮64、CPSLO-17、02428具有广亲和性,轮回422、培C311、CY8543具有一定的广亲和性,皖恢9号、早轮回422、CY8541没有广亲和性.光(温)敏核不育系检验表明,仅培矮64的广亲和性、CY8543一定的广亲和性表现同上一致.而CPSLO-17、02428的广亲和性、轮回422、培C311一定的广亲和性被不同程度否定,皖恢9号、早轮回422、CY8541的广亲和性却得到一定的肯定.测验品种的亲和性对广亲和品种的广亲和性表现影响很大.文中对广亲和性鉴定标准和复杂性进行了讨论.9 candidate entries of rice to be tested for wide compatibility (WC) were crossed with 4 standard testers and 7 photo period (thermo-) sensitive genie male sterile (P(T)GMS) lines according to NC I design and 99 combinations were obtained. The compatibility of the candidate entries were studied through indica-japonica classification of the parents and the F1's seed setting%, Results of test with standard testers revealed that Paiai 64, CPSLO-17 and 02428 possessed WC, Lunhui 422. Pei C 311 and CY8543 were partially widely compatible, whereas Wanhui 9, Zaolunhui 422 and CY8541 were not widely compatible. Results of test with P(T)GMS lines, however, were somewhat different, al-though Peiai 64 and CY8543 still remained widely compatible and partially widely compatible, respec-tively, the compatibility of all the others became more or less contradictory to the results of the former test. Thus, CPSLO-17,02428, Lunhui 422, and Pei C 311 became less widely Compatible, whereas wanhui 9, Zaolunhui 422 and CY8541 more widely Compatible, indicating that the influence of the compatibility of the testers on the compatibility expression of candidate entries was also very important. Criteria for the WC's Identification and the WC's complexity were also discussed.
