摘 要:进行了69个不同组合的满江红有性杂交,有18个组合萌发出苗,其中三膘亚属内种间杂交占13个,三膘亚属与九瞟亚属间杂交占5个,而九膘亚属与三膘亚属间杂交和九膘亚属内种间杂交,均未取得成功。对杂交幼苗作脂酶同功酶分析,证实确系杂种后代。 杂种满江红(重组细绿满江红)自交,绿苗率高。应用杂种满江红(重组细绿满江红、杂交榕萍)作父本,小叶满江红为母本,也取得较高的绿苗率,而以杂种满江红(重组细绿满江红)为母本,小叶满江红为父本,效果不好。这其间出现了部分或大部分的白化苗或黄绿苗,其机理和成因有待进一步探明。 应用杂交方法,可以提高满江红抗热能力。发现杂交苗的蕨藻发育存在3种情况,这为进一步研究萍藻共生关系在理论上和实践上都有一定意义。The sexual hybridization of Azolla has been conducted in 69 different combinations. Among 18 combinations which germinated to have seedlings, 13 combinations were interbreeding ones of Euazolla subgenus, 5 were Euazolla (female)×Rhizosperma (male) combinations. The hybridization between Rhizosperma (female)×Euazolla (male) and interspecific hybridization of Rhizosperma were unsuccessful. The zymographic analysis to the seedlings from the hybridization proved the reality of these hybrid progenies. The rate of green seedlings in self-breed of recombined A. filiculoides was high. The higher rate was also found in the combinations using hybrid azolla (recombined A. filiculoides, Rongping hybrid azolla) as male, A. microphylla as female. However, the crossing results were un-perfect when using recombined A. filiculoides as female and A. microphylla as male material, in which, large proportion of ambino and yellowish seedlings was found. This mechanism needs to be fur-ther investigated. The heat-tolerant capacity of azolla may be strengthened by using hybridization way. The three kinds of fern-Anabaena development were found, which possess a certain significance for further studing the Azolla-Anabaena relationship in both theorical area and practical usage.
