摘　　要：目的通过对VD大鼠脑组织NO含量和NOS活性的测定,探讨黄蒲通窍胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠的保护作用及其机制。方法采用栓线法局灶脑缺血动物模型,观察VD大鼠脑组织NO含量和NOS活性的变化。结果黄蒲通窍胶囊显著降低VD大鼠脑组织NO含量和NOS活性(P<0.01)。结论黄蒲通窍胶囊对VD大鼠学习记忆减退有明显保护作用,其机制与降低NO含量和NOS活性有关。Objective: To explore the protective effects Huangputongqiao capsule on the functing of lerning and memory and the activities of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in vascular dementia rats. Method: The models were established by a thread occlusion method, the concentration of nitrc oxide (NO) and the activities of nitrc oxide synthase in the brain tissue were observed. Results:Huangputongqiao capsule could significantly reuce content of NO and activity of NOS in rats.Conclusion: the protective effects Huangputongqiao capsule can impreve efficiently the functing of lerning and memory on vascular dementia rats may be related to decreasing content of NO and activity of NOS inbrain tissue.
