摘  要:以环己烷为分散介质,山梨糖醇硬脂酸酯(Span60)为悬浮稳定剂,K2S2O8-NaHSO3氧化还原体系为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,采用反相悬浮聚合法,合成了一种高吸水树脂(SAR)。考察了单体摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度、悬浮稳定剂用量、交联剂用量以及引发剂用量对高吸水树脂吸水量的影响。结果表明,当单体AA与AM摩尔比7:3,反应温度55℃,反应时间4h,悬浮稳定剂占单体总量的3.5%,交联剂用量占单体总量的0.035%,引发剂用量占单体总量的3.5%时制备的高吸水树脂吸水量最高,达104mL/g以上。A kind of super absorbent resin based on sodium acrylate, acrylamide and N, N' -methylenebisacrylamide was synthesized by inverse phase suspension polymerization using potassium persulfate/sodium acid sulfite as an initiator,Span 60 as dispersing agent.The effects of molar ratio of monomers,reaction time,reaction temperature and contents of disperser, crosslinker and initiator on water absorbing capacity of the polymer were examined.The result showed that the super absorbent resin synthesized had highest water absorbing capacity up to 104 mL/g when the molar ratio of AA to AM was 7:3, the reaction temperature 55 ℃, reaction time 4 h,the contents of disperser, crosslinker and initiator (based on the total mass of monomers) 3.5%, 0.035% and 3.5% respectively.
