摘 要: 马赫_泽德干涉仪适用于研究气体密度迅速变化的状态,由于气体折射率的变化与其密度的变化成正比,而折射率的变化将使通过气体的光线有不同的光程,则可通过干涉臂变化对干涉条纹图像效果的影响,得到气体密度.采用CCD来接收马赫_泽德干涉仪产生的条纹图像,再通过图像采集卡将条纹图像送到计算机,从而通过对条纹图像进行一系列算法的处理,求出条纹间距,得到气体密度的变化状态.本文从基本的光干涉理论出发,对马赫_泽德干涉条纹图像特征进行分析,建立了数学模型.并根据此模型设计了处理马赫_泽德干涉条纹图像的算法.算法包括图像的预处理(即图像的噪声提取)、图像的二值化以及图像的细化.The state of the gas density variety is applicable to be studied by Mach-Zehnder interferometer.As the variety of the gas refractive index is direct ratio with its density,and the beams through the gas have different light distance,so the density of the gas can be acquired by changing the interference arm to affect interference fringe image.The fringe image generated by Mach-Zehnder interferometer is collected by CCD,and sended by collection card to computer.Thereby the image is processed by a series of arithmetic,the fringe space is seeked,and the gas density variety will be gotten.Based on light interference theory,the image property of Mach-Zehnder fringe is analyzed,and a math model is established in this paper.According to the math model,a arithmetic is accompleted to deal with Mach-Zehnder interference fringe.The arithmetic include image preprocess (i.e.noise pick-up),gray image binarization and fringe image thining.
