摘　　要：结合生产实践,从机械、电磁等方面系统阐述了2极中型异步电动机振动产生的原因,提出了可行的处理方法,如针对刚性转子与挠性转子的特点,提出的不同设计方案;针对滑动轴承电动机,采取控制轴瓦间隙、加强支承刚度解决振动问题等;简要介绍了整机平衡在解决电机振动问题上的应用,为高转速电动机振动的解决提供了有效的手段。Combined with practical production, from the aspect of mechanical and electromagnetic principle, the cause for vibration from a medium-sized 2-pole induction motor is systematically described and the feasible solutions is presented. Being quoted at the characteristics of rigid rotor and flexible rotor, different designs are presented. For the sleeve bearing motor, the clearance between bearing and bush should be controlled and the rigidness of supporting should be strengthened. The balance of the whole assembled motor is used for solving the vibration from motor, which provides an effective method for solving the vibration from the high-speed motor.
