摘　　要：介绍了利用热电效应进行微碳铬铁中硅的含量测试原理,着重介绍了由MCS-51单片机构成的炉前微碳铬铁快速定硅仪研制过程。该仪器能快速定硅、有效控制产品中的Si含量、节约费用。还可以扩大仪器的功能,应用到低碳、中碳铬铁中的含硅量的测试。Introduced the hot electricity effect of exploitation to proceed the tiny carbon chromed the iron insided the containing of sillicon measuremented principle,mainly introduced the Research process that before furnacefor machine constitating the iron of tiny carbon chrome settled by single slice of MCS-51.The instrument can quickly settle the sillicon,validity the control the Si in the product to contain to measure,economize the expenses.It can improve the instruments function,apply in containing,of sillicon measurement carbon,middle carbon chrome iron.
