摘　　要：目的调查延平区肺吸虫病病原虫种、第一、二中间宿主和人群的感染率。方法收集全县10个乡镇38个村的淡水螺蛳与溪蟹标本并按常规检查其肺吸虫囊蚴,对葫芦山、吴丹、明洋三个村人群作肺吸虫成虫抗原皮内试验,阳性者抽血以EIJSA法检测肺吸虫抗体。结果发现的病原虫种为卫氏并殖吸虫二倍体和三倍体。第一中间宿主有二种螺蛳:放逸短沟蜷、小桥拟钉螺,因数量少没有检查。第二中间宿主有三种溪蟹,即:福建华溪蟹、福建马来溪蟹及华南溪蟹属一新种。三个村蟹标本检查囊蚴感染率为12.12％(8/66)。人群皮内试验的阳性率为7.08％(110/1554)。三个村人群的皮试阳性率分别为10.37％(55/530),6.53％(34/521),418％(21/503),三个村皮试阳性者血清肺吸虫抗体阳性率分别为12.72％(7/55),11.72％(4/34),4.76％(1/21)。结论延平区为闽北肺吸虫轻度流行区,但局部地区为中度疫区。Objective To Investigate the species of Paragonimus, its first and second intermediate host (snail and crab), and the infection rate, to ascertain infection status among persons in Yinping county, Fujian Province. Methods Species of crabs with metacercariae of Paragonimus and snails were collected and exam- ined. intradermoreaction (ID) with antigen prepared from adult Paragonimus worms were given to the people, and those who were positive were detected with with the ELISA technique. Results Two species of snails, name- ly, Semisulcospina libertina and Tricula xiaoqiaoensis were found, but no examination was given for a small quantity. The three species of crabs, namely Sinopotamon fujianensis, Malayopotamon fukienense and a Huan- nanpotamon sp.nov were found to serve as the second intermediate host, harbouring the diploid type and triploid type metarcerariae of P.westerman. The infection rate of crabs were 12.12 %(8/66) with an average number of 13.63 metarcerariae per crab and 1.39 per gram of crab tissues from Hulusan, Wudan and Miyang villages. Persons were examinrd by ID, with positive rate as 10.37%(55/530), 6.53%(34/521) and 4.18%(21/503) in the three villages respectively, among ID positive sera ELISA of Paragonimus antibody12 were positive, whose positive rate were12.72%(7/55), 11.72%(4/34) and 4.76%(1/21) respectively. Conclusion Yinping County is a light endemic area; but some small villages shows up middle endemic area of mixed infection of the diploid type and triploid type of P. wesitermani of paragonimiasis in North Fujian Province.
