摘　　要：介绍了一种温度补偿方法的基本原理,其解决了微型压阻式压力传感器温补问题;详细阐述了一种实用的整体补偿电路,并从理论上导出了分析计算公式,最后给出传感器整体的零位和灵敏度温度系数在补偿前后的对比情况。The basic principle of a temperature compensation method for micro-piezoresistance sensor is introduced. A practical integral compensation circuit is figured in detail and the analyszing calculating formula is derived in theory. The null position and temperature sensitivity coefficient of sensor after compasation is contrasted with that before in the paper,which proves that the compensation capability is good and the method is simply.
