摘 要:目的:测定不同品种菊花挥发油中β-榄香烯、樟脑、龙脑的含量。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用 HP-5弹性石英毛细管柱为分离柱,以正辛醇和正十四烷为内标,程序升温70℃(?)140℃260℃,气化室温度:280℃,检测器:FID,温度:300℃,载气:氮气(1mL·min^(-1))。结果:β-榄香烯、樟脑、龙脑的线性范围分别为0.6250-10.00mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),0.02231-0.3570mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9993),0.01143-0.1828mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996);方法重复性实验 RSD 分别为0.90%,1.7%,1.9%;该方法平均回收率分别为96.6%-99.9%,97.5%-98.3%,99.5%-102.3%。不同品种菊花中上述成分含量存在较大差别。结论:该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可同时测定菊花挥发油中β-榄香烯、樟脑、龙脑的含量。Objective:To determine the contents of β-elemene,camphor and borneol in different varieties of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Methods:The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation.The contents of three components were analyzed by capillary columns gas chromatography with HP-5(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm) capillary column.The column temperature was 70℃ to 260℃ and rose by the program:70℃(?)140℃ (?)260℃.The injector temperature was 280℃,the detector temperature of FID was set at 300℃,N_2 was used as carrier gas.n-Octanol and n-tetradecane were as internal standard substances for β-elemene and camphor,borneol respectively.Results:The linear ranges of three components were 0.6250-10.00mg·mL^(-1), 0.02231-0.3570 mg·mL^(-1) and 0.01143-0.1828 mg·mL^(-1) respectively;the RSD for repeatability were 0.90%,1.7%.1.9% and the average recoveries were 96.6%-99.9%,97.5%-98.3% and 99.5%- 102.3%.Conclusion:The method developed is accurate,sensitive and simple which can be applied to determina- tion of these three components in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.simultaneously.
