摘  要:以重钢板坯连铸结晶器为研究对象,用不同液面的保护渣模拟材料进行实验,并观察生产中保护渣的覆盖情况,得到了水模试验中合理的保护渣液面模拟方法。据此研究了结晶器内液面波动与保护渣覆盖状况的关系。研究结果表明,在生产中结晶器内液面波动控制在3~7mm范围内保护渣的覆盖效果较好。This paper studies suitable methods to simulate the condition of mold powder in hydrodynamic modeling experiment on the basis of slab production conditions in Chongqing Iron and Steel Co.Ltd. According to experiments with different materials to simulate mold powder and observations to its covered situation in production, the relationship between level disturbance and the covered situation was established. The results showed that the covered situation of mold powder was excellent when the level disturbance was controlled within 3~7mm.
