摘　　要：提出并讨论了卷渣指数的概念,指出其在板坯连铸中的应用。根据安钢板坯连铸结晶器的条件,通过水模试验研究了影响钢液卷渣程度的诸因素,这些研究结果可用于选择适宜的工艺参数,改进产品质量,降低生产成本。This paper discusses the concept of slag entrapment in continuous casting and its application in production. Based on hydrodynamic model experiments, which simulate conditions of continuous casting mold at Anyang Iron and Steel Corp., factors to influence slag entrapment are described. These results can be used to choose reasonable technological parameters so as to improve slab quality and reduce production cost.
